Hellooo Hellooo, today´s post is all about my favorite pre-workout smoothie... it´s actually one of the easiest things ever, but I simple loooooove it and it´s also my Nr 1 thing to drink/eat before I do any sports!!
I must say that I´m really really happy with my sports journey at the moment, because I go for a run almost every morning before school... hahaha I know that sounds crazy but I must say- I really do enjoy it! It´s just nice to be active in the morning, to be outside when a lot of people are still sleeping, to watch the sunrise and to have some time to think about your intentions and goals for the day!!
So if you think this could be something for you- go and try it out, I´m pretty sure you won´t regret it:)
MY WORKOUT SMOOTHIE// one smoothie
1 banana
2 dates
4 tbsp puffed amaranth
1 cup of soy- or oatmilk
a pinch of cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1// cut the banana into pieces and put it into a blender with all the other ingredients except the chia seeds and blend it well
2// put your smoothie into a glass and top it with some chia seeds if you want to... et voila:))
