Hellooo,
before I really get into this post, I just wanted to say thank you for all your lovely comments under my latest post... I always have to smile when I read them:)
It´s actually my last day of the summer holidays today, which is such a weird thing... because first of all I can´t imagine myself sitting in the classroom tomorrow morning, and second of all it´s my last
year of school and hence these were my last summer holidays...
Has your school already started? (well haha if you still go to school of course:))
Okayy this post wasn´t supposed to be about school at all, but about one of my favorite things at the moment: granola.
Did you ever make granola by yourself?
If not... this post is perfect for you!!
I love love loooove putting granola on top of my smoothiebowl or yogurt and since Johanna (who btw is such a nice girl and makes the most amazing food pics, go and check her out:)) told me how to make my own granola creation, I love it even more haha...
I was really surprised by the endresult of the granola... it was just incredible delicious... especially right after I took it out of the oven and it was still warm...aaahhh
Anyway here comes the easypeasy recipe:)
If you don't like some of the ingredients, you can just replace them with anything similar, I'm sure it will be delicious anyway!!
2 cups of oats
1 cup of popped amaranth
1 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup agave sirup
1/2 cup coconut oil
1// preheat the oven to 180 degrees
2//put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix them up... the granola should have a sticky consistency
3// Place the granola on a baking tray with baking paper and put it in the oven for about 20min until it is slightly brown
4// Et voila!! When the granola is cold, you can perfectly put it into a huge glass:)
I really hope you enjoyed the post!
