4 HEALTHY VEGAN BREAKFAST IDEAS
Wooow I feel like I haven´t uploaded a food related post in such a long time!! Since I love breakfast and I tried out some new recipes lately, this post is going to be all about healthy, vegan breakfast ideas!! But yeah because I´ll try to be more authentic this year on social media and also want to show more of my not-so-perfect-life on my blog, I´m going to admit that I (of course!!) don´t make myself a beautiful-looking, complicated breakfast every day! I love cooking, making pretty, delicious food and taking pictures of it, but especially during school time I often just eat a peanut butter bread with some banana slides on top of it (which is of course very delicious as well haha)!
What do you eat for breakfast? I love trying out new recipes, so let me know if you have any for me!!
PORRIDGE//
Porrige is just one of the most simple breakfast ideas and you perfectly be creative and try out new combinations by adding cocoa powder, cinnamon, fruits, nuts, seeds or even a bit healthy chocolate!
On the picture you can see my current favorite porrige: topped with cocoa powder, nucao chocolate, rasperries and banana!

SMOOTHIEBOWLS//
Another one of my go-to-breakfasts, just because Smoothiebowls are so so simply and don´t take a lot of time to make! And on top of that, they provide you with lots of vitamins for a kick-start into the day!
Here´s a little recipe for my all-time favorite Smoothiebowl:)
BLACKBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIEBOWL
for one person
ingredients:
1,5 bananas
1 hand full of (frozen) blackbeeries
1 hand full of (frozen) raspberries
soy milk
toppings (1/2 banana, nuts, shredded coconut, blackberries)
1// blend the bananas, blackberries and rapsberries and add a little bit soy milk for a smooth consistency
2// fill your smoothie into a bowl and add the toppings of your choice
3// Bon appetit and enjoy your energized morning!
BANANA PANCAKES//
Pancaaaakes!! Oh yesss I could eat them every day, especially since I found the perfect recipe for fluffy vegan pancakes a while ago! How do you like your pancakes?
I often eat mine with vanilla or coconut soy-yogurt and fruits, but vegan Nutella is also a great option now and than:)
SCRAMBLED TOFU//
This breakfast is perfect if you don´t feel like eating something sweet in the morning, and moreover it´s actually quite simple!! Click here for the recipe!

Ich habe tatsächlich alles davon schonmal ausprobiert.. sieht alles unglaublich lecker aus :) Ich war ne Zeit lang immer voll auf Mangosmoothiebowls (Packung gefrorene Mango mit einer Banane) und dann Haferflocken, Kürbiskerne, Kokosnuss und Kiwi drauf.. Mittlerweile liebe ich Pancakes und Porridge aber noch ein bisschen mehr <3
